So, the change of tune can be seen as a deliberate signal to soften the ground ahead of an official announcement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-body mb-4 leading-7 text-[18px] md:leading-8 break-words min-w-0 charcoal-color\">&#8220;There&#8217;s going to be issues around semiconductor supplies, and it&#8217;s going to affect everyone,&#8221; Samsung\u2019s Lee said. &#8220;Prices are going up even as we speak.
